What we collect

When you sign up for bowermanOS, we collect:

Your Telegram user ID and username (so we can chat with you)
Your name and goal race (you tell us in chat)
Your Intervals.icu access token (so we can read your training data)
Your activity and recovery data from Intervals.icu (sleep, HRV, heart rate, sessions)
Your conversations with bowermanOS (so the coach remembers between sessions)

What we do with it

Your data is used solely to deliver coaching: write your training plans, push workouts to your watch, adapt the plan based on what you actually did, and remember your preferences between sessions. That's it.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't train AI models on it for unrelated purposes.

Where it lives

Your profile, conversation history, and preferences are stored on encrypted volumes hosted by our infrastructure provider (Railway). Your activity and recovery data lives in your Intervals.icu account; we read it via authorised API access and don't keep our own copy beyond what's needed to deliver the coaching service.

AI processing

Conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate coaching responses. Anthropic does not retain your messages for model training. See Anthropic's commercial terms for details.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects no personally identifiable information. We do not use any tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools.

Your rights

You can:

Request a copy of all data we hold about you
Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Disconnect your Intervals.icu authorisation at any time from your Intervals.icu settings
Stop the bot from messaging you by sending /stop in Telegram
