What bowermanOS is
bowermanOS is a personal endurance training coaching service delivered through Telegram. It writes training plans, syncs structured workouts to your wearable, and adapts the plan based on what you actually did. It is operated by the founders, Daniel and Max.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old, of sound mind, and in good general health to use bowermanOS. If you have a medical condition or have been advised against vigorous exercise, consult your doctor before starting any plan suggested by bowermanOS.
Not medical advice
bowermanOS provides training guidance based on published endurance science and your training data. It is not medical advice. Listen to your body. If something hurts, stop. If you suspect injury, see a sports physician. We are not a substitute for medical or physiotherapy professionals.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account and Intervals.icu credentials secure. You can disconnect bowermanOS from your Intervals.icu account at any time via your Intervals.icu settings.
Free trial and pricing
The free trial gives you full access without a credit card. After the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription at CHF 14.99 / month. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't use bowermanOS to harass, abuse, or attempt to extract underlying training data of other users. Don't try to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service. Don't use the service to facilitate dangerous physical activity, especially with athletes whose health you don't manage responsibly.
Service availability
We do our best to keep bowermanOS running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages (Telegram, Intervals.icu, Anthropic), or beta-period instability may cause downtime.
Liability
bowermanOS is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the founders are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to injuries from training, missed races, or data loss.
